OMG!!!

Sorry to use the texting version of OH MY GOD!!! but holy crap I'm excited.  While at the Scrapbooking Girls Getaway weekend I used a layout from Creating Keepsakes as my inspiration and did a lot of hand stitching and work on the page.  Everyone said you will love the outcome.  Well not only did I like the outcome so did the Megan Hoeppner, the creative editor of Creating Keepsakes.  She email me, lil ole me to ask if it was ok to feature my layout on the CK blog. 

Holy smokes (really want to use another word, lol) but I was so EXCITED!!!  Check out the orginal post and let me know what you think.

Just for a little more inspiration here is another project that I created.

This is from my oldest daughters 6th birthday party.

I love everything about this layout.  Most supplies that were used are Stampin' Up!  I have to go but I will try and post all of the supplies later.

So you guys probably think I dropped off the face of the earth!  I feel like I have but hopefully now I'm back on track.

We had our wonderful Scrapbooking Weekend for crafters, scrappers and card makers.  I got alot accomplished and wanted to share some of what I got done.  Our next weekend will be August 14-16.  For more info and registration form click here.  The hotel is located in Hackettstowns near Flanders, Budd Lake, Netcong, Long Valley and Mansfield, New Jersey.  Close to all of Northern New Jersey.

Here's one of my favorites...

The guitar is handstitched (I know crazy).  The layout came from the recent Creating Keepsakes magazine and I fell in love with it.
